Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. Analyze data to identify the most suitable media channels and platforms for the campaign.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in media planning, marketing, or advertising roles is preferred// Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Media Strategy: Develop media plans that outline the recommended media mix, budget allocation, timing, and rationale for each channel. Ensure the plan aligns with the client’s objectives and budget.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate rates and terms with media vendors to ensure the best possible value for the client’s investment.
  • Campaign Execution: Work with the account team and creative department to execute the media plan. Coordinate the scheduling, placement, and delivery of advertisements across various media channels.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. This may involve adjusting placements, targeting, and creative elements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Present these reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative strategies into media plans.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships, tailor digital marketing strategies to meet their goals, and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and updates.
  • New Client Acquisition: Actively seek and engage with potential new clients while presenting the agency’s services and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the complete execution of marketing campaigns and effectively manage campaign budgets, optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
  • Team Management: Be a leader and manage workflow for the teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Share client feedback and insights with the internal teams to improve services.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues and concerns in a timely and proactive manner. Identify and implement solutions to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports for clients highlighting campaign performance and ROI, provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements, and maintain ongoing communication to address concerns promptly.

  • Client Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in account management and digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Prior experience in client management within an agency setting is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English (both written and verbal) for effective client and team interactions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple projects, campaigns, and client accounts concurrently.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure campaign deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Presentation Skills: Articulate ideas, campaign updates, and performance reports effectively to clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and software (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Services, etc.).
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Ethical: Commitment to ethical marketing practices and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in managing client expectations and vendor agreements.
